At Voaise Technologies ("Voaise," "we," "our," or "us"), protecting your privacy and isolating your personal data is a foundational engineering requirement. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle data across:
Full name, email address, password hashes (cryptographically salted using one-way algorithms), and OAuth profile details (Google sign-in token assertions).
When you initiate real-time transcription or voice commands, audio chunks captured by device/smart glasses microphones are transmitted over TLS 1.3 encrypted streams to perform recognition.
AUDIO BUFFERING GUARANTEE: Raw voice audio is processed transiently in volatile server memory. Raw audio files are NOT stored permanently on our cloud infrastructure unless you explicitly record and save them to your account history.
If you enable Voice Fingerprinting, a mathematical vector representation of your voice is generated.
LOCAL-ONLY BIOMETRICS: Voice fingerprint vectors are calculated and stored locally within your device sandbox. Voice prints are NEVER uploaded to our cloud servers or shared with third parties.
Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) MAC addresses used for smart glasses pairing remain local to your mobile device for reconnection and are never sent to our servers. Photos and videos captured on smart glasses transfer via peer-to-peer Wi-Fi directly to your local phone storage.
Third-party integration tokens (Gmail, Calendar, SMTP outbound settings) stored in your personal vault space are encrypted with authenticated AES-256-GCM encryption using per-tenant key isolation.
We strictly enforce a mandatory company policy: **Your audio recordings, speech transcripts, images, and assistant conversations are NEVER used to train or fine-tune public foundation AI models.**
We utilize enterprise-grade cloud providers (Supabase database infrastructure with row-level security, cloud AI inference pipelines). Transient audio data passed to AI sub-processors is governed by strict contractual confidentiality agreements requiring sub-processors to process data in memory without retention.

All data in transit is protected using TLS 1.3 encryption. Cloud database storage implements multi-tenant cryptographic isolation and strict Row Level Security (RLS) policies.
